14-day money-back guarantee

Single product purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product does not work as described or is not right for your project, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions

• The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Download activity must be within a reasonable window — a refund may be declined where the source has been extensively downloaded and deployed, as full source cannot be returned.
• Refunds apply to the product price. Any applicable taxes are refunded in line with your local requirements.
• License upgrades (for example Standard to Extended) are refundable only for the price difference paid, and only within the same 14-day window.
• Refunds are not available for issues caused by your own hosting, third-party services, or modifications to the source.

Membership cancellation

All-Access memberships are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months, and monthly membership fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Head to our Help center and send us a message with your order number and a short note about the issue. Most refund requests are reviewed within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
